A small version of the timetable generator I built at Skoodle. It searches for a valid week, undoes dead ends (red) and restarts when stuck. Underlined cells are fixed.
Builds school timetables around fixed periods, teacher and subject load, consecutive classes, split classes and combined classes. The search engine uses dynamic MRV, conflict-directed backjumping, tabu search, Luby restarts, ejection repair and simulated annealing, spread over parallel workers.
A full admissions system for schools. It captures leads from Google Ads, Meta Ads and other sources, then tracks each one through a lead, enquiry and application pipeline. Status changes go back to Meta and Google Ads as conversion events through their conversion APIs (reverse events), so the ad platforms learn which leads become admissions. It includes a dynamic form builder (each school customizes forms and can revert to the default), a payment gateway for fees, communication setup, role-based access for staff and administrators, and tenant isolation so every school only sees its own data.
