What is health ?
Acording to World Health Organization (WHO) health is 'a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity' or illness.
Why health is Important?
If Your Health is good then it means you are fit not only physically but also mentally. If Your are physically fit but you are depressed mentally then you can;t concentrate on your work and also if you are mentally fit but not with physically.
Physical Health
physicaly health means the physical apperance of your body. Physical means height, weight, colour e.t.c. If you physical health is good but you are mentally disturbed then you body is able to do hard work but due to mental health you can't do any work.
Mental Health
Mental health means your inner health. If you are mentally fit you are not doing overthinking, you are not in mental pressure or depressed. basically your feeling is your mental health. If you are mentally fit then your thought will always positive and you are motivated. If you are mentally fit but not physically then you are motivated to do work but due to lack physical health you can't do any work.
